 Do not take Tadalafil Actavis:

- if you are allergic to tadalafil or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in point 6);

- if you are taking any type of organic nitrate or nitric oxide donors such as amyl nitrite. This is a group of medicines ('nitrates') used in the treatment of angina ('chest pain'). There is evidence that Tadalafil Actavis enhances the effects of these drugs. If you are taking any form of nitrates or are not sure, tell your doctor.

- if you have serious heart disease or have recently (in the past,™““™ had a heart attack;

- if you have recently (in the last 6 months) had a stroke

- if you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure;

- if you have ever had vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) - a condition described as a 'stroke of the eye'; if you are taking riociguat. This medicine is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (ie high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (ie high blood pressure in the lungs due to blood clots). PDE5 inhibitors, such as 시알리스 Tadalafil Actavis, have been shown to increase the hypotensive (blood pressure lowering) effect of this medicine. If you are taking riociguat or are not sure, tell your doctor.

Be aware that sexual activity carries potential risks for patients with heart disease because it puts extra strain on the heart. If you have heart problems you should tell your doctor.

- leukemia (cancer of the blood cells);

Decreased hearing or sudden hearing loss has been reported in some patients taking tadalafil. Although it is not known whether the event is directly related to tadalafil, if you experience decreased hearing or sudden hearing loss, stop taking Tadalafil Actavis and contact your doctor immediately.
