In patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh, class C), clinical safety data are limited; therefore, if CIALIS is prescribed, a careful individual assessment of the benefit/risk ratio should be carried out by the prescribing physician. In patients with impaired hepatic function, no data are available on the administration of doses higher than 10 mg of tadalafil.
